The continuous monitoring of the status of products allows for the early scheduling of any necessary maintenance work to the drive line, which in turn ensures the highest possible system availability on a cost-efficient basis.

All the procedures are being documented which enables us to perform regular quality and process audits by our team and to certify only best production facilities and trustworthy supplies.

Tigril Testing.

Every new Tigril product has to undergo a factory audit, benchmark tests based on OE drawings and a perfect finish to attract end consumers at a glance. After a successful initial extensive in-house sample testing the test reports are stored and cross checked with accredited external testing laboratories on a regular basis to ensure all products meet international quality standards. .

Tigril products are randomly tested with accredited external testing organization to ensure the products meets the international quality standards.

In an event of any technical issues related to Tigril products to our Distributors or their customers an experienced a team of technical staff will support to analyse the fault with fair execution through transparent communication.

Regular inspection of the general condition of the machines and systems as well as the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic functions.

Regular inspections by our service technicians increase the availability of your extruders, compounders, bulk materials systems and components. Possible breakdown risks are detected early and can be avoided in this way. Our service technicians examine spare parts and give recommendations to ensure an optimal spare parts supply. We record all detected defects and deviations as well as giving expert recommendations in a detailed inspection report. The machine and plant history is documented in detail over a period of many years in addition to the current machine and plant condition..
